Privacy Policy

1. Establishing the Quality Policy

Top Management shall establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Policy that:

  • Is appropriate to the purpose and context of the organization and supports its strategic direction.
  • Provides a framework for setting and reviewing quality objectives.
  • Includes a commitment to satisfy all applicable requirements, including statutory and customer-specific requirements.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).

2. Communicating the Quality Policy

The Quality Policy shall:

  • Be available and maintained as documented information.
  • Be communicated, understood, and applied within the organization at all levels.
  • Be available to relevant interested parties, as appropriate, to ensure transparency and understanding of the organization’s commitment to quality.

Organizational Roles, Responsibilities, and Authorities

Top Management shall ensure that responsibilities and authorities for relevant roles are assigned, communicated, and understood within the organization.

Top Management shall assign the responsibility and authority for:

  • Ensuring that the Quality Management System (QMS) conforms to the requirements of the applicable International Standard (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Ensuring that processes deliver their intended outputs effectively and efficiently.
  • Reporting on the performance of the QMS and identifying opportunities for improvement, particularly to Top Management.
  • Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
  • Ensuring that the integrity of the QMS is maintained whenever changes to the system are planned and implemented.
